Essential Oils —- Are they really?

Essential Oils - natures gift to us to help us increase our body frequency, to keep viruses, germs and bacteria at bay. A healthy body frequency is measured at between 62 & 68 MHz. When it drops below 59 MHz ill health and disease start to creep in. The more processed foods, (that is foods with no life force/energy), we eat, the lower the MHz reading will be. Even negative thoughts can lower your MHz and positive thoughts will increase your MHz.

Essential Oils have energy, life force. The rose has the highest MHz reading of 320 MHz and Lavender is 118 MHz and peppermint is 78 MHz. These readings are far higher than a healthy body, therefore it would make sense to utilize the life force of essential oils to improve our health and wellbeing.

You are now more than likely thinking of rushing to the chemist to purchase a bottle of essential oil. STOP, there is more to learn.

Labels in most cases are just words on a piece of paper stuck on the container. When it comes to the most important issue, please consider the following.

There are 4 grades of essential oils.

Grade A. The best that there is. These Grade A oils would have come from organic farmed plants, been steam distilled at the proper temperatures and therapeutic quality.

Grade B. These oils may contain anything from pesticides, fertilizers to synthetics and are often diluted with carrier oils. Grade B oils are considered to be food grade. (how scary is that).

Grade C. These oils may contain any of Grade B ingredients. This grade is used for perfumes. Solvents are often used to increase the yield of oil per harvest. Solvents are cancerous.

Floral Water. This is usually found in shampoos and skin preparations. Floral water is a by-product of the distillation process. This floral water can be of Grade A to a Grade C quality depending on how the plants were farmed and distilled.

So from that information a label may say Essential Oil, but what grade? The label may say “Therapeutic Grade” but have in small print “not for internal use”. Sorry folks that is not Therapeutic Grade. You may like the price, but you will be purchasing low grade essential oils contaminated with synthetics or pesticides. 100% pure essential oils are not cheap simply because of the stringent farming, harvesting and distilling methods that are use.
